Hello Again

How is everyone tonight, all well I hope, this morning awoke from a good nights sleep, after taking 5mg tab of Diazapam before bed seems to have helped me a lot, no tossing and turning or aching legs either, so took another tonight to see if it definitely did have some effector if it was a coincidence.

Changed my Injection to tonight at 9-00 pm instead of tomorrow at 11-00 am, after the last three Injections had some nasty sides a few hours later right through to bedtime and during the night. So hopefully i will be out to it when the Interferon starts doing its little tricks, time will tell and see what happens. Will keep you posted on that. Felt OK today and did some more very small jobs, nothing to strenuous, just the little jobs that get put aside most of the time.

Had some soup and toast for tea tonight and some Potato chips to snack on after tea, feeling really hungry, just cant seem to find anything that even remotely tastes good on a regular basis. Headache's have gone again and still pushing in the water, maybe that's helping and my moods today have been OK too. My skin is cracking on my fingers and have put some Sorbeline cream on them and it is helping, also my itching is still persistent, may have to get a back scratcher.

Another week over and the new one starting - 14 Injections down and only 34 to go, walk in the park really
