Good Evening
Went to Gp today and talked to her about IR and had some good discussions from both sides on this matter, also received a prescription for Metformin and a Referral to a Dietitian to sought out my eating habits and food type intake.
Had my weight taken, it is down another Kilo and now weigh 70 Kgs, so will have to nip this in the Budd, my Blood Pressure was up too and she said maybe from Stress lately which is understandable after the last few days.
Also booked in with my Psychologist for my upcoming appointments and looking forward to that, i think I could do with that lately also.......
Had a short sleep today and over all had a good day and feeling like i want to do things again outside, which is a feeling i haven't had for a long time..
