Low energy day today, woke up a bit exhausted after a restless night and vivid dreams had two sleeps today and probably could have gone a third. My thrush in my mouth has improved very much and i reckon by the time i finish the course it will be hopefully gone, eating now much more easier and that blistery type feeling on my tongue has gone. Have been taking my Pro-Biotic , Chromium, Lexepro ( ADs ), Thrush lozenges, Ribas,Paracetamol , and Multi Vitamins, with all this I should be like Superman, ( After Kryptonite Exposure )
