Day Thirty

Have some great news to tell you all, my Sugar Level tonight was 4.4 and i am so happy about that, also my Antibiotics seem to be kicking in and finally getting rid of the hot feelings i have been experiencing lately. Had Chest Xray done today and will find out results on Thursday and hopefuly the PCR test results as well, also had my afternoon siesta after walking around town today for 30 mins, so got some exercise in today. The Chromium i am taking for my Sugar reduction is working a treat and has also done for me as well before, should have remembered about it, but you know how it is with concentration on Tx .......
All in all i have had an exceptional day and hope everyone is keeping good as well........
