Hey There
Had a rest day today, slept most of the day, still recovering from the previous day, aching as usual is still here and now my concentration is drifting abit, all part and parcel and well worth the effort of this battle.
Been having vivid dreams as well and woke up yelling at someone, daughter came in and asked if i was all right and told me I had been yelling out in my sleep, great, hope i am not swearing or cursing real bad Lol
Have gone off eating a bit too, feeling hungry, but cant seem to work out what i would like to eat,
