Howdy
This morning i woke up feeling well, shock , horror and surprise, other then the usual Sides of bone aches Decided to go upstairs and do some work on house, thats what i thought, but got side tracked looking out window oh boy, might need to have a keeper soon, just to make sure i dont go off with the fairies and not achieve anything anyway i managed to make up a fly screen for the last window and finished it off, what a chore, before would have been much easier to do before Tx.
After that i laid down for a nap and slept for 3 -4 hours and woke with some more energy, Robert rang up to see how i was going and we had a good chat to each other, great to have the support i am getting from all of my fellow Nomads, it really helps.
Later on went out and got on my ride on lawn mower and spent a hour doing some grass cutting, which was good, gets me away and out of my Cave that I always seem to be in lately. Still buzzing of a night after Ribas and starting to become a night owl, good thing we have our forums...
