Busy day today, my Son and Daughter and Grandson came up for a visit, to check on me what a great surprise and felt very proud as it is a long car journey for them all. Today went to my GP and had the usual checkup, haven't lost anymore weight which is really good and also got the results of my Chest Xray, which was all clear. Mentioned to her that i would like to go back for some more visits to psychologist and also discussed some health drinks.
I asked her if my PCR results were back and she told me, that i am still Detectable and there was no figures of Viril Load, which i thought was strange as i have seen others on here with 4 week Pcr VL figures, well never mind i get the idea anyway, at least i know something which puts my mind at ease now.
Sugars have been good 6.3 today and holding so far, hopefully i may have this back undercontrol. Still getting aches and pains, but starting to become more managable now.
All i have to do now is get my sleeping of a night sorted, but one thing at a time......
