Well what a night last night, the worst by far, not long after talking to my dearest friend, i started to get these chills and aches, they just came on very quickly and without warning, just like the Rigors i got when i once had Q-Fever. Strange sensation, you feel chilled to the bone and then this violent shivering starts and stops, bloody horrible, this happened most of the night, The only difference was there intensity.
When they did stop, profuse sweating started and i woke up with all my bedding soaked right though, yuk, but got up and cleaned up and changed and back to bed, with a lot of broken sleep in between. I was so relieved when i was laying there and heard the early morning birds start there greeting to the new day, a nightmare of a night, hope tonight is better....
So far today i have had my morning Ribas and are starting to drink more water, to see if this will improve anything and hopefully will help with these constant headaches.

Today has gone a lot better, probably the best day i have had so far, maybe all the water intake or Sides are backing off, had my 3 Ribas tonight and are still feeling quite well. A very big change from last night indeed, hopefully a good nights sleep tonight........
Not whingeing here, just telling it like it is, for those who may be curious and interested, i will get through all this and so far Support has been fantastic, from everybody.
